I got size 43 for my size 43, maybe the big toe feels a little squeezed, they might stretch out if you get a bigger size, but the quality is great with not a single loose thread. Excellent sneakers at a good price. I've been wearing Rax for five years now. One pair of sneakers lasts me 2-3 seasons. Others barely lasted for one season.
